Möblerat rum uthyres i äldre lägenhet i världens bästa Majorna i Göteborg. Min nuvarande student återvänder hem till Tyskland efter utbyte på Chalmers så rummet blir tillgängligt från 1/7 eller efter överenskommelse. Rummet är cirka 12 kvadratmeter stort. I rummet finns en 120cm bred säng, skrivbord, stol, enkel fåtölj och stor garderob. I rummet finns även kyl/frys. Rummet renoverades sommaren 2025. Du har tillgång till toalett, badrum och kök som du delar med oss andra som bor här. Tvättstuga och låst cykelförråd finns på gården. Vi som bor här är jag, Milla, och mina tre tonåringar, två killar och en tjej. Det bor också två fluffiga katter hos oss, Zelda och Atlas, så man behöver klara av lite stök i vardagen för att trivas hos oss då varken tonåringar eller katter alltid följer mina regler :-) Huset (och bostadsområdet) är gammalt och därmed blir lägenheten tyvärr lyhörd. Du som vill bo med oss behöver vara student eller ha en anställning där du huvudsakligen arbetar från din arbetsplats. Min lägenhet är inget kontor utan ett hem och vi har alla ett aktivt liv utanför hemmet. Det är nära med kollektivtrafik eller cykel till både Göteborgs Universitet och Chalmers. På drygt 10-15 minuter når du centralstation. Flera restauranger, barer och gym finns i närheten. __________________________________________________ Furnished Room for Rent in an Older Apartment in Wonderful Majorna, Gothenburg My current tenant, an exchange student at Chalmers University of Technology, is returning home to Germany, so the room will be available from July 1st or by agreement. The room is approximately 12 square meters and comes furnished with: A 120 cm wide bed Desk and chair Comfortable armchair Large wardrobe Private refrigerator/freezer The room was renovated in the summer of 2025. You will have access to a toilet, bathroom, and kitchen, which are shared with the rest of the household. There is also a laundry room and a secure bicycle storage area in the courtyard. About Us The household consists of me, Milla, and my three teenagers—two boys and one girl. We also share our home with two fluffy cats, Zelda and Atlas. To enjoy living here, you should be comfortable with a lively and sometimes slightly chaotic family environment, as neither teenagers nor cats always follow my rules! :-) The building (and the neighborhood) is quite old, which unfortunately means the apartment can be somewhat noisy, and sounds travel easily between rooms. About You We are looking for someone who is either a student or employed in a position where you mainly work from your workplace rather than from home. This apartment is a home, not an office, and all of us have active lives outside the home. The apartment is conveniently located with excellent public transport connections and cycling routes to both University of Gothenburg and Chalmers University of Technology. The city center and central railway station can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes.
