While it’s part of a villa this all-inclusive rental (55 m2) offers complete privacy with a separate entrance, a large private porch, and concrete ceiling/walls to avoid sounds leaking between residential units in the building. The location offers proximity to Karolinska (Huddinge), Alfa Laval, Södertörn University, and Flemingsberg Station where you can catch the Mälartåg, SJ, and SL trains. The lake Gömmaren is a walk away and Flottsbro beach and skiing can easily be reached by bike/bus. The monthly rent (SEK 14.000) includes villa insurance, water, electricity, and (floor) heating as well as access to Telia’s 1000/1000 shared broadband service. A private (security monitored) car parking is also included as well as an in-door storage room with space for two bikes. Mandatory home insurance is not included. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom offers a walk-in shower, washing machine, tumble-dryer, and a practical drying cabinet. The landlord adheres to Swedish law, reports rental income, and is keen to provide a positive and memorable stay at the apartment. A standard Swedish rental contract applies with flexible terms and additional security related restrictions; maximum two persons (with temporary exceptions for close relatives), and no commercial or otherwise organised activities on site. The apartment has been on the market since 2017, mainly rented out to academics and corporate employees with no engagement in political movements.
