Hi! I am renting out a 22 square meter student apartment in Oxie, Malmö, available for rent as soon as possible and until further notice. The rent is 5300 SEK per month, including internet, water, and electricity. The apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen, a balcony, and a storage room. It is easy to commute to Lund or Copenhagen by train. I am looking for a student to take over my contract because I will be going abroad for an Erasmus exchange. You will sign a first-hand contract directly with the housing company. This means you can take over my contract directly and skip the normal housing queue.
