I would like to rent out the house to a family of max 6 people or to 4 or 5 students/friends who can show that they will be able to afford the rent. ( It will cost around 500 euro/ 5500 sek for each person so it's a very good option if you are a group of students who want to stay in sweden for their studies ). 👉The rent is 2500 Euro/month inclduding everything such as wifi, water, trash, accees to swimming pool and sona,etc .
